The Bad Batch takes place during a tumultuous period in the universe, following Star Wars: The Clone Wars and overlapping with the prequel trilogy’s climax.
The Empire solidifies its control over the galaxy, its numerous worlds, and its inhabitants. Season 1 of The Bad Batch was a terrible experience in and of itself, unfortunately.
