Russian spacecraft Sputnik V
The Gamleya Center’s Sputnik vaccine has been proved to be effective against the Omicron version by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF). This new type, however, has also been said to come with a booster dosage. The Omicron form of the Sputnik vaccine is now being developed by the RDIF. Sputnik vaccination Omicron will be available to the general population within 45 days. In addition, it has been reported that by 20 February 2022, 3 billion or 300 million vaccine doses will be manufactured.
